The job was to create a master suite in existing attic space. Problem one is that the ceiling joists were too small to carry load for new living space. Therefore we had to sister all framing prior to installing subfloor. This also meant undoing all electrical that passed thru framing. The new dormer allowed needed headroom for main area. The plumbing was easy enough to tie into and allowed us to install new master bath.
