If you live in the East Greenwich Twp area, you're sure to see an Innovative Builders sign on a front lawn or two throughout town. Although we have lived in our house for 15 years, this was our first major home improvement. We had been talking about tiling the kitchen floor for some time but never got past the conversation stage. However, it was our turn to host Thanksgiving dinner so we went into scramble mode to see if we could get it done in time. After a stop at Home Depot to look at tile and inquire about installation, we were off and running. I suggested we call Brian at Innovative Builders and get a quote from him against the estimates we got from the Home Depot flooring guy. Brian stopped down the next day and got back to me with a quote within 24 hours. We discussed every step in the process and decided the price was right. We went to another Home Depot with a larger tile selection where we found exactly what we were looking for. I called Brian from the store and made arrangements to start the job. Now, 3 days later we have a beautiful new floor. Brian and his team were as professional and friendly a group as you could want. They certainly knew what they were doing and it was obvious they enjoyed working together. They were very careful with all of the appliances and knickknacks and clearly took pride in their work. Brian also squeezed in a few extras for me during the process - picked up and installed a new dishwasher, installed some cabinet trim that I had been sitting on for a year!!, power washed my whole deck when I saw what a great job he did on the deck level that they had been working on, and cleaned up my weak attempt at caulking around the kitchen sink. Trust me, if you have a home improvement project, you will be absolutely and completely satisfied with Brian and his team. We were!!!!
